Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 1Percent HQ handles information connected to public domain listings, buyer inquiries, anti-abuse checks, and related support requests.

Scope

Effective date: June 11, 2026.

This policy applies to 1Percent HQ public pages, listed domain pages, inquiry flows, and support communications. It does not apply to websites or services operated by third parties that may be linked from a listing, such as escrow providers, registrars, payment processors, or marketplace platforms.

Information We Collect

If you submit an inquiry, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, message, the domain connected to the inquiry, and any optional offer amount or transaction details you choose to include.

We may also collect technical information related to your request, including IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamps, request path, and security verification results. When an inquiry is submitted through a Cloudflare-served domain page, we may receive approximate Cloudflare location headers such as city, region, and country when Cloudflare provides them.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry and technical information to respond to purchase or support requests, evaluate offers, maintain accurate transaction context, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot site operations, protect the integrity of the inquiry process, and keep appropriate records of communications related to domain acquisition discussions.

We do not use inquiry information for unrelated advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information. If a buyer and seller move toward a transaction, additional information may be requested through the selected escrow, registrar, marketplace, or payment process.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the site and process inquiries. Cloudflare provides security, delivery, routing, and Turnstile anti-abuse checks. Supabase is used for application data storage and operational records. Resend is used to deliver inquiry notification emails. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and maintain the security and reliability of the site.

When Information May Be Shared

We may share information when needed to respond to your inquiry, support a potential domain transaction, work with escrow providers, registrars, payment processors, technical service providers, or professional advisers, comply with legal obligations, enforce site terms, investigate abuse, or protect the rights, security, and operations of the site and its users.

Cookies and Security Checks

Public listing pages are designed to keep client-side tracking limited. The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, session handling, request routing, anti-abuse checks, or normal operation. Cloudflare Turnstile may evaluate browser and request signals to help distinguish legitimate inquiries from automated abuse.

Retention

Inquiry records and related technical logs are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain business records, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, support transactions, and comply with legal or operational obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the inquiry and whether a transaction progresses.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit an inquiry or to limit the information you include in a message. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of information connected to an inquiry, use the support page and include enough detail to identify the relevant request. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, transaction, or recordkeeping reasons.

Children

1Percent HQ is intended for business and adult acquisition inquiries. It is not directed to children, and inquiries should not be submitted by anyone who is not legally able to participate in a domain acquisition discussion.

Updates

This policy may be updated as the site, inquiry flow, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
