By using 1Percent HQ, viewing listed domains, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an inquiry.

1Percent HQ presents selected domain names and related acquisition information. The site may link to direct domain pages, escrow providers, registrars, payment services, or third-party marketplaces. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, and availability.

The public site is informational. It does not itself provide financing, brokerage, legal, registrar, payment, or escrow services.

Domain listings, prices, descriptions, financing references, purchase options, and availability may change at any time without notice. A listing does not guarantee that a domain is available, that a listed price will remain available, or that a transaction will be accepted.

A domain is not reserved or sold until the seller confirms final terms and the required payment, escrow, registrar, and transfer steps are completed.

You may use the site to submit legitimate purchase, offer, or support inquiries. Submitting an inquiry or offer does not create a binding obligation for either party unless separate written transaction terms are accepted by the parties involved.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for ensuring that you are authorized to inquire, negotiate, or purchase on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Transaction details, including price, payment method, escrow provider, registrar transfer process, timing, renewal responsibility, taxes, fees, and any required identity or account checks, must be confirmed before completion. Transfer timing can depend on registrar rules, registry policies, account readiness, payment clearance, and security review.

The seller may decline, counter, pause, or cancel discussions where transaction risk, fraud risk, compliance concerns, payment issues, or incomplete buyer information are present.

You are responsible for your own diligence before acquiring a domain. This may include reviewing trademark risk, intended use, search engine history, technical configuration, renewal cost, registrar rules, business fit, and any legal or tax considerations that matter to you.

Site content is not legal, tax, trademark, valuation, investment, or business advice.

You may not use the site to submit false, misleading, abusive, automated, unlawful, infringing, or spam-related requests. You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a disruptive manner, impersonate another person or business, or use the site to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.

Access may be limited, blocked, or investigated when abuse, fraud, security risk, or misuse is suspected.

Site text, layout, branding, and other site materials are provided for use with the site and may not be copied, republished, or used to misrepresent an affiliation with 1Percent HQ. Domain names listed on the site may be owned, managed, or offered for sale by the seller, but a listing does not grant any rights to use a domain name, brand, mark, or related asset before a completed transfer.

The site and listings are provided as available. While reasonable care is taken to present accurate information, no promise is made that every listing, price, description, link, or technical detail will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1Percent HQ and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, third-party platform failures, or buyer decisions made in reliance on public listing information.

These terms may be updated as the site, listing process, inquiry flow, or transaction workflow changes. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means the updated terms apply going forward.
